Refund policy
At NextGenNation, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We only accept returns for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Wrong item received
To request a return, please contact us within within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Product photos/video clearly showing the issue
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Exchanges
For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we're happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund. Just mention your preference when you contact us and we'll arrange it.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at nextgennation.in@gmail.com. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost. We'll share a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup via our courier partner.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Prepaid orders — Refund to original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
- COD orders — Refund via bank transfer or UPI. Please share your bank/UPI details when raising the return request.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Change of mind
- Sale items
Warranty
All NextGenNation Products marked with 🛡️ 6-Month Warranty on their product page are covered by our Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects.
What's covered:
- Motor or mechanical failure
- Charging port defects
- Button/mode malfunction
- Any defect arising from normal use
What's not covered:
- Physical damage (drops, cracks)
- Damage from misuse or improper handling
- Cosmetic wear and tear
How to claim: Email us at 📧 nextgennation.in@gmail.com within 6 months of your purchase date with your order number and a video clearly showing the defect.
Once verified, you will need to ship the product to us. A courier handling fee of ₹99 applies for warranty claims. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and offer an appropriate resolution — which may include a partial refund, repair, or replacement unit depending on the nature of the defect.
Warranty claims do not include full refunds.
